Dental Hygiene care:

The best way to interfere with harmful bacteria that causes gingivitis leading to periodontitis is daily oral hygiene and other points listed here: (1) Visit your dentist regularly. (2) Brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day. (3) Use a soft brush with a fluoride toothpaste. (4) Clean between your teeth with floss. (5) Be gentle but very thorough with home care. (6) Healthy eating regimen.

Dental Hygiene is crucial to your overall health. We recommend our patients visit our office twice a year to ensure their optimal oral health and to avoid serious and costly issues in the future. During a routine cleaning, simple or deep scaling and polishing will be performed on your teeth, fluoride treatment, necessary x-rays will be taken and thorough oral hygiene instructions. During a dental exam the Dentist will perform an oral Cancer Screening and discuss findings and concerns you may have.
